Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi to Masai Mara National Park safaris

Pick up from your hotel at 0730 hrs. A safari briefing session with our tour consultant then drive to the Masai Mara Game Reserve as you enjoy the scenic views of the Great Rift Valley Masai Mara game reserve is the northern part of the Serengeti, one of Kenya's most favored game-viewing areas. The reserve covers 700 square miles of magnificent wilderness. It is the Africa of the imagination; endless reaches of acacia-dotted grasslands studded with hazy hills. Afternoon game drive to see the sundowner as you trail the Big 5 i.e Lions in large prides, Elephants, buffaloes, zebras and numerous plain games. Dinner and overnight stay at Mara Serena safari lodge / Mara Sarova luxury tented game lodge or any of similar.

Day 2: Maasai Mara game reserve safaris

Full day spent exploring the park in search of the big 5. Optional hot air balloon safari can be arranged at an extra cost of US$ 450 per person. Dinner and overnight stay at Mara Serena safari lodge / Mara Sarova luxury tented game lodge or any of similar.
The Mara offers wildlife in such variety and abundance that it is difficult to believe: over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. You will easily see lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffe, wildebeests, zebras, buffalo, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, buffalo, leopard, many kinds of antelopes and elephant. It is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place. This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the predators of the savanna- lion, cheetah, wild dog, jackal, hyena and vultures.

Day 4: Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru National park safaris

After breakfast proceed northwards to arrive in Lake Nakuru National park in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive in the park where you will have a chance to visit a unique sanctuary catering for a sizeable number of the endangered Rhinocerous and the Rothschild giraffe. Waterbucks as well as the predators such as the lion and leopard are common at the park. Also to be seen is a myriad different variety of birdlife in and around the lake. Flamingoes are also plenty at the lake. Dinner and overnight at the Lake Nakuru Sarova lion Hills / Lake Nakuru Flamingo Hill Luxury tented camp / Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge or any of similar.

Day 5: Lake Nakuru to Amboseli National park safaris

Day spent exploring the park morning and afternoon game drives are offered. Dinner and overnight stay at Amboseli Serena lodge / Amboseli Ol tukai lodge / Amboseli Kibo Luxury camp/ Ambseli Sopa Mid Range Lodge or any of similar
Amboseli National park is one of the most popular wildlife sanctuaries in Kenya. It is situated close to Kenya. It is situated close to Kenya Tanzania border, The Park lies at the foot of Mt. Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa (5,896m) whose snow-capped summit presents a splendid view on clear days. Amboseli National Park is often referred to as “The home of Elephants’ some of the largest Elephant herds are found here. The Game Park also contains vast groups of Zebras, Wildebeests, Giraffes, Buffaloes, Hippos and Antelopes. Also to be found in Amboseli are lions, leopards, Cheetahs, Rhinos and many species of plain game.

Day 6: Amboseli – Nairobi (In your case you will be heading with them to the border and then back to Nairobi)

Early breakfast then proceed for morning game drives as you exit the park and, we drive back to Nairobi from the Namanga border with airport drop off or to the city for city tour and then later drop off to Airport.
